'Anne of Green Gables' Screening Event Welcomes Children from Ea

On Sunday, August 20th, Breakthrough Entertainment's trilogy L.M. Montgomery's Anne of Green Gables will embrace the Japanese community and culture in Toronto at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre (JCCC). Following massive success with a recent theatrical release in Japan, a special presentation screening event of L.M. Montgomery's Anne of Green Gables will close out the special summer film series at the JCCC.

Star actress of the film, Ella Ballentine, will be appearing for the screening to welcome and honour the visiting Japanese children from Support Our Kids who were affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake, while collectively celebrating the Canadian and Japanese cultural popularity of this iconic literary story.
