The City of Barrie proudly presents Barrie Winterfest, one of the Top 100 Festivals & Events in Ontario! Outdoor Fun at Heritage Park & Memorial Square.
The original plans was for me to meet up with the TKF crew - due to other commitments - I didn't get there till after they had already left. So I just enjoyed the evening entertaining by the Fire & Light Performers:
